Why use a Buyer's Agent?

Using a Buyer’s Agent to assist you in your search for either your dream home or a cool investment is good business. It is intended to save you the time and headache of the searching. Let us do that for you. You ultimately have the last say but we will do the groundwork and give you our recommendations. You can then inspect and decide if the property is right for you. When you engage us as your BA you are engaging a local specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the local real estate industry.

How much does it cost?

There is an initial non-refundable sign-up fee of $1,100. When we are successful finding you the perfect property there is a fee payable on exchange of contracts. If you are interested please either email or call and we can discuss this with you or email the schedule of fees.

We will negotiate on your behalf if the property is a Private Treaty sale. We are always trying to achieve the best deal for you.

What do I have to do once I have engaged you as my Buyer's Agent?

We will need a signed Agency Agreement which gives us permission to act on your behalf to find the property for you, for a fee. It will be clearly stated in this Agreement. I will arrange to meet or set up a time to discuss this over the phone, sign the Agreement and we will be on our way.
