  • Why Use a Buyer’s Agent?
    Using a Buyer’s Agent to assist you in your search for either your dream home or a cool investment is good business. It is intended to save you the time and headache of the searching. Let me do that for you. You ultimately have the last say but I will do the groundwork and give you my recommendations. You can then inspect and decide if the property is right for you. When you engage me as your BA you are engaging a local specialist with 26 years’ experience as a real estate agent.
  • How much does it cost?
    There is an initial non-refundable sign-up fee of $1,100. When we are successful finding you the perfect property there is a fee payable on exchange of contracts. If you are interested please either email or call and I can discuss this with you or email the schedule of fees.
  • What services are provided?
    When you engage Wollongong Buyers Agent you will be given all the assistance and advice needed to make a smart decision about your purchase. During the term of the Agency Agreement we will make every effort to find you the perfect property. If the property is going to Auction, we can bid on your behalf. We will negotiate on your behalf if the property is a Private Treaty sale. We are always trying to achieve the best deal for you.
  • What do I have to do once I have engaged you as my Buyers Agent?
    I will need a signed Agency Agreement which gives me permission to act on your behalf to find the property for you, for a fee. It will be clearly stated in this Agreement. I will arrange to meet or set up a time to discuss this over the phone, sign the Agreement and we will be on our way.
  • What area do you operate in?
    We specialise in the Illawarra. This covers the area from Helensburgh to Kiama and all in between.
